Video of the Month: V-Sit Paddle with Feet on Floor

This challenging core exercise progression uses a weighted bar or a dowel and the BOSU® Balance Trainer. Start in a v-sit with your chest lifted, feet on the floor. Rotate the bar and your torso to the right, and then come back to center. Reset and repeat on the left side.
